The Hall of Justice was located on a cliff overlooking the Sea of Swords on the north bank of the Neverwinter River near its mouth. Before the Ruining of DRthe Hall of Justice was located in the City Core and after the rebuilding efforts of the late years of the s DR decade, it was located in the Protector's Enclave.
The church was built from stone, iron, and wood and was beautiful to look upon. The church was mildly decorated, with several rooms for daily routines and worship. Judge Uskar presided over the city's low justice—legal proceedings for citizens not of noble birth or accused of high crimes—while Hlam trained acolytes of Tyr in the meaning of justice and the martial arts. During the Wailing Death of DRthe Hall was used as a base from which the search for the Waterdhavian creatures was launched as well as a sanatorium for plague victims.
Judge Oleff also coordinated his search for the tomb of Halueth Never from the temple. Once Neverwinter had been rebuilt after the war with Luskanthe Hall of Justice was re-established.
It was the place where prospective disciples of Tyr could join, if they met the requirements. The Kalach-Cha could have requested Khelgar Ironfist to become a monk.
Hlam would ask Khelgar to find the reason for why he fought, to reconcile with those he had hurt. Once all these things had been completed, Khelgar could join as a monk. When the Kalach-Cha proved themself innocent at the court after being accused of killing the villagers of EmberTorio asked for a trial by battle.
The Kalach-Cha was asked to come to the Hall, where Hlam would take them to a room for meditation before the battle. During the time, the Kalach-Cha's companions could visit them. When Tyr gave up his divinity to Tormthe residents of Neverwinter refused to rededicate the temple, and so the Tyrran faith remained strong in Neverwinter even after the death of the god himself.
After the Ruining, the Hall of Justice was one of the few buildings left almost untouched by the cataclysm. Dagult Neverember chose the Hall of Justice to be his seat of government when he arrived in the city in DRtaking the high priest's apartments for his office and quarters. He also sponsored priests of Torm to worship in the building due to the similarity of their religious rituals to those of the old Tyrran ones.
Around DRwhen followers of Tyr went to Neverwinter to restore the temple of their god, Neverember gladly returned to them the Hall of Justice and moved into a private villa. This action made him even more worthy of a leader in the eyes of the Neverwintans. After Dagult Neverember installed himself in the Hall of Justice, his detractors, specially the Nashersbegan to call the temple "the Hall of Never-Justice". Sign In Don't have an account? Hall of Justice
The Hall of Justice was the new base of operations for the Justice League as a gift for protecting Earth during the "Darkseid Invasion". It has been joked by Wonder Woman that merchandise sold based on herself could be a contribution towards the budget of the League. Construction on the the Hall of Justice began shortly after the Justice League's founding.
It was nearing completion during the "Atlantian Crisis". Until it was ready, The league temporarily used S. Labs as their base of operations. All league members except for Green Lantern and Shazam defended the hall.
They were defeated with the assistance of Damian Wayne who set the Batwing to collide with a Weather Wizard who was possessed by one of Trigon's wraiths. The League assembled at the Hall of Justice to discuss the strange occurrences around the world of seeing "Paranormal Activity". Batman claimed that the league in order to understand criminal insanity as well as magic that they should spend more time operating on the streets instead of flying over them before promptly leaving.
Stewart commented that Batman was "even more friendlier than they say". After Doomsday arrived on Earth and decimated the Justice League, he was killed outside the collapsed Hall of Justice by Superman who was also killed during the encounter. The Hall of Justice is currently undergoing reconstruction following Superman's funeral and Doomsday's body being taken into the custody of S.

It's hard to imagine a world without the superhuman squad. As is the case for any superhero team, the Justice League needed their very own base of operations. Although the Hall is widely known by comic book readers of all different kinds, there are still several facts about the facility that many fans actually are totally unaware of.
This Justice League headquarters did not debut in the comic books. While modern-day comics haven't taken much inspiration from the dated series, the base of the team was one good idea to steal. While the Hall may have seemed like an incredibly dated idea, the comic books were able to totally update the base. Now it fits in perfectly with the much darker world of the comic book DC universe. Much like how Batman has an assortment of enemy trophies in his Batcave, the Hall of Justice has a similar assemblage of bad guy weapons.
The trophy room in the Hall of Justice is where the League puts all of these villain's weapons and equipment on display for all to see. The public is allowed into the room to admire the equipment. Batman has made sure to disarm anything that may have, at one time, been dangerous.
In the comic books, the Hall of Justice was not the League's first headquarters. Instead, it was the spaceborne Watchtower. For several decades the Watchtower was heralded as the greatest superhero base of operations of all time. Unfortunately, the Watchtower was destroyed in the comic books. The League was then left with no location that they could call home. As a replacement for the Watchtower, the Hall of Justice worked perfectly.
Keeping the superhero team on Earth made them seem much less imposing to the public. Legally, the Hall of Justice serves as a sort of embassy for superhumans with all of the rights and privileges that the typical embassy has.
Because of this, the superhero base of operations has asserted itself as an important American political establishment. After gaining these political rights, the Hall of Justice began housing various superhuman refugees that weren't exactly good with the American government. There is a place within the embassy for the League's dearly departed members and allies. The Hall of Justice replaced the Vahalla Cemetary as the new home for fallen heroes.
In the basement lies a memorial for all those who had died using their powers to defend the people of Earth. In addition to there being a place where the League can house their fallen members, there is also an on-site area where they can house their fallen enemies. Deep in Hall's basement is a room called The Morgue.
The smarter scientific minds of the League would dissect certain villains' remains to learn more about them. Also, keeping the bodies here prevented shady government groups from using them for experimentation and the creation of weapons. An enormous project such as the Hall of Justice required significant funding in order t0 be constructed. Fortunately enough for the Justice League, the team happens to have a billionaire on their roster. Bruce Wayne has more resources than any other superhero that has ever joined the Justice League.
Once they had acquired the funds, the Justice League still needed to design their new base of operations. Luckily, they already had a few members on the team with the knowledge and creativity to take on such a job. With centuries of knowledge of Amazonian history and architecture, Wonder Woman was able to give some valuable insight when it came to the Hall's construction.
The Hall of Justice is absolutely massive. The sheer amount of manpower needed to build it in a short amount of time would have been staggering. Luckily for the Justice League, they have one man with the strength of a million. Between his incredible super strength and insanely quick super-speed, Superman made quick work out of the JLA's new headquarters.
